It is the mission of the Service Desk to provide prompt, courteous services for all of your Facility-Related Issues. We manage your work requests 24/7/365, both through our state-of the-art call center and this online portal. You can check the status of any request you placed at any time, day or night, from anywhere you have access to a web browser.
